The project Metro City started its implementation in 2015. It takes place on the Black Sea coast in Batumi, in new boulevard. It integrates hotels with different concepts, Multifunctional residential complex, casino, a shopping centre 'Metro City Mall ', conference halls, dining area, cinema, bowling center and apartments consisting of two buildings.
