South- West of Georgia has always been distinguished for its agriculture as well as folkloric and artistic history. The study of these ancient traditions played a great role in the decision of Kemal Turmanidze to make folk crafts museum. Which is situated at 3000 sq. m with appropriate infrastructure, greenery plantings and pedestrian paths in Batumi. The museum exhibits the following fields: Weaving, pottery, processing of metal, stone and trees. The process of working, the models, the working environment, weapons and inventory are shown separately according to the fields they belong to and all this is accompanied by the folkloric music. Residential, agricultural and buildings of defensive structures (scale 1:7.5; 1:10; 1:100).
